If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of the Service
Comigence provides software tools for software companies to collect, manage, and prioritize feature requests, associate customer demand with contract value, calibrate engineering delivery effort, and maintain auditable decision records.
3. Private Beta Conditions
Access to Comigence is currently provided under a restricted Private Beta / Early Access program:
- Participation is by invitation only via unique workspace issuance.
- The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for operational evaluation.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate beta access with reasonable notice.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-availability guarantees do not apply during early access unless explicitly agreed in a separate master services agreement.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Data
Your Data: You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial authority over data submitted to your workspace, including customer lists, contract revenue figures, feature descriptions, and decision records.
